Meet The Owner
Hello, my name is Kynisha Jackson, and I am the owner and director of Monarch Learning Academy. I have been in the Early Childhood Field for over 20 years. During my career as an educator, I’ve also worked as a Lead Head Start Teacher, Center Director, and Childcare Specialist. Monarch Learning Academy was established in 2021 to provide quality childcare and meet the needs of families in the community during the Covid-19 pandemic. I am passionate about early childhood education, and I believe that a strong program is necessary to build a solid foundation for young children to be successful in life. I am so excited to be a part of your child’s educational journey and I look forward to building a partnership with you and your child.

Our vision is to become a nationally recognized child care program known for providing excellence through early learning experiences to young children. Our goal is to become the first choice for parents searching for HIGH- Quality childcare. Our future goal is to expand to a center based child care facility and enroll more students.

At Monarch Learning Academy, our vision is to provide high-quality childcare in a nurturing and stimulating environment, ensuring low teacher-to-student ratios for personalized attention. We are committed to expanding our services, making exceptional early childhood education accessible and affordable for families. Our goal is to support and empower parents by offering more daycare locations, where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
Our Philosophy
We believe that children learn best through positive teacher relationships and interactions that nurture each child’s growth and development. Our play-based environment is designed to foster self-confidence, independence, creativity, imagination, disposition, social and emotional skills.
In our learning environment, children are provided with choices to support them as they problem solve in situations where they experience challenges. Teacher’s plan for all areas of a child’s development and education (cognitive, emotional, social, creative, and physical development) while implementing developmentally appropriate practices, achieving curriculum goals, and providing students with hands-on-experiences. Our researched based curriculum implements developmentally appropriate practices to balance both structure and child-initiated opportunities for children to learn in a hands-on environment that is filled with age-appropriate equipment, and learning materials.
